The ASICS GEL-1130 'Irvine Black' brings back one of the brand's most reliable running silhouettes, blending late-2000s performance heritage with contemporary streetwear appeal. Inspired by the original 2008 design, this highly sought-after retro runner stays true to its roots while incorporating updated materials and modern comfort technologies.
Marking a significant chapter in the brand's technical history, the GEL-1130 pays homage to the ninth iteration of the renowned GEL-1000 stability series. It carries forward the franchise's signature support systems while introducing a fresh, dark palette to the acclaimed lifestyle silhouette.

The upper combines breathable olive-grey mesh with layered black suede and synthetic overlays, delivering the technical aesthetic that has made the shoe a staple among sneaker enthusiasts. Underfoot, ASICS' legendary GEL™ cushioning technology in the heel pairs with a sculpted EVA midsole and a midfoot TPU TRUSSTIC™ support system to provide exceptional stability and impact absorption for all-day wear.
Designed with sustainability in mind, the sockliner is manufactured using a solution-dyeing process that reduces water consumption by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by around 45% compared to conventional dyeing methods.
